Analysis of film title

We decided on the title of our film as '20/2/2014'. We decided a date as we felt not only would it be good to 'release' the film on this date but also to portray importance of dates. The film is about a terrorist attack that is going to occur, the only question is when?. In the opening we witness the detetctive coming close to allocating a date. He gets angry and throws his pen out of frustration. The pen knocks down an article about the 9/11 attack. From this he works out a new date, a date in connection. 9+11=20. The 20th of February. We would have liked a more simple date like the 9/11 but due to time of completion it would not make sense. We chose to use this as a title as it portrays importance and is very simple. Terrorist attacks themself are very important and so a simple title makes sense.
